For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the padlock symbol.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by:
Netlify, Inc.512 2nd Street, Suite 200
San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
When you visit our website, the host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Volume of data transferred and access status
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Browser and operating system used
This data cannot be attributed by us to any specific individual and is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and delivery of the website and in ensuring system security.
Netlify also processes data on servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Despite these measures, transfers to the USA carry the risk that authorities may access the data without effective legal remedies being available to you.

4. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the details you provide:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company (optional)
- Content of your message (required)
- Time of submission
This processing serves solely to handle your enquiry and the related communication.
Legal basis
Where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In all other cases we rely on your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Processing via Netlify Forms
The form is submitted through the "Netlify Forms" service operated by Netlify, Inc. The form data is stored there and forwarded to us by email. The conditions described in section 3 regarding data processing and transfers to the USA apply accordingly.
Spam protection
To protect against automated submissions, the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you (a "honeypot"). If this field is filled in, the submission is classified as automated and discarded. No analysis of your usage behaviour takes place and no data is transmitted to third parties.
Retention period
We store your enquiry until the purpose of processing no longer applies — that is, once your matter has been dealt with conclusively and no further communication is expected. If a contractual relationship arises from the contact, statutory retention periods apply, in particular under commercial and tax law (generally six or ten years). The data is deleted thereafter.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us directly by email, we process your details in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The retention periods stated in section 4 apply accordingly.
6. Fonts
This website uses fonts stored locally on our server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts. No data is transmitted to third parties in this context.
