ALM strategy & target picture
Before tools get picked, we clarify the processes: what your ALM has to cover, what governance you need, which toolchain supports it — and which tools you can do without.

Whether you are still defining the target picture, in the middle of a transformation, or facing the end of Solution Manager — I join you where you are.
Before tools get picked, we clarify the processes: what your ALM has to cover, what governance you need, which toolchain supports it — and which tools you can do without.
Setup and configuration, role and authorisation concept, requirements, test and transport management. Cloud ALM set up so your programme can actually work with it.
SAP Solution Manager is being phased out. I plan and guide the move: process design, selective data migration, parallel operation and the step-by-step transfer of your existing scenarios.
As an official SAP trainer I train key users, test managers and developers — tailored to your landscape and processes, so the knowledge stays in the team after the project ends.

Profile
Analysing processes, setting up ALM tools, enabling teams — that has been my work for more than a decade. It started with SAP Solution Manager; today the clear focus is SAP Cloud ALM.
Those Solution Manager years are not baggage — they are the reason transitions succeed. Knowing how ChaRM, test management and process documentation grew over time is what lets you judge which parts belong in the cloud and which can safely be left behind.
My projects run in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, retail, energy and the public sector — national and international, often alongside the large consulting firms.
